All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is emailed to you upon your order being processed. We use USPS Priority for US orders and an Express option may available for an additional charge. The estimated delivery times for ‘USPS Priority Mail’ is 1-3 business days once you have received the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. These times are provided by our service provider and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. USPS orders are occasionally subject to delays.

It may change the consistency of the oil, or cause the capsules to stick together or melt in extreme circumstances. We suggest keeping our products in a cool, dry place or better still, refrigerated.
Canndeux capsules should be stored in a cool, dry place or refrigerated. If gel caps become stuck together, it’s simply because moisture or has caused them to do so. They can simply be pulled apart and taken as directed.
We’re sorry to hear that. Sometimes pressing too hard on the cap, or tightening it too hard to the bottle, can dislodge it or cause cracking. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll immediately ship you a new cap. In the meantime, your cap may still function if gently pressed.
