All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days during normal business hours Monday through Friday. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to activate once processed. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is emailed to you upon your order being processed. We use USPS Priority for US orders and an Express option may available for an additional charge. The estimated delivery times for ‘USPS Priority Mail’ is 1-3 business days once you have received the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. These times are provided by our service provider and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. USPS orders are occasionally subject to delays.

Returns for a full refund will be accepted within 30 days from purchase for any sealed, unopened product.

Yes, our CBD is 100% organically farmed.
A full-spectrum CBD product contains all the cannabinoids, plant terpenes, flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals of the original hemp source. These compounds work together to multiply the potential health benefits of each of the product components. This is known as the entourage effect. Full-spectrum CBD also provides omega-3 fatty acids and all 20 essential amino acids.
Yes! All Canndeux products contain 100% full-spectrum CBD with no artificial or synthetic additives.
We are starting with 3 products – Gel Capsules, Mint Serum and a Vape Pen. In the coming months, we have plans to launch creams, edibles, cartridges, and other CBD products. If you are interested in a particular product, please reach out to us at Support@canndeux.com.

Canndeux Serum and the Canndeux Vape Pen are both vegan. Our Canndeux Capsules are not vegan.
Our recommendation assumes one puff/pull is about 5 seconds. Depending on the length of puff/pull, each vape pen will supply between 150 to 200 puffs/pulls. Our vape pens are pre-loaded with 150 mg of full spectrum CBD.
It may change the consistency of the oil, or cause the capsules to stick together, so we suggest keeping our products in a cool, dry place. It does not need to be refrigerated.
Canndeux capsules should be stored in a cool, dry place. If gel caps become stuck together, it’s simply because moisture has caused them to do so. They can simply be pulled apart and taken as directed.
We’re sorry to hear that. Sometimes pressing too hard on the cap, or tightening it too hard to the bottle, can dislodge it or cause cracking. Please email us at email@example.com and we’ll immediately ship you a new cap. In the meantime, your cap may still function if gently pressed.
